
Training (keiko), is 2 hours. It's expected that you turn up on time (10-15 mins before class starts).
KEIKO consists of:
- Junan Taiso (warm up)
- Ukemi & Taisabaki (breakfalling/rolls & basic evasions)
- Dakentaijutsu, Jutaijutsu & Kihon (strikes/kicks/throws/grappling & fundamentals)
- Waza (techniques, both weapons & unarmed)
- Randori (sparring - time permitting and appropriate experience)

TUES - 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Adults (12-13 yrs +)
TORQUAY
WED - 6:30pm - 8:30pm - Adults (12-13 yrs +)
Weekend Workshops - $50.

A general level of fitness is not required to begin. But, once you've begun, the expectation is that you'll take your, mobility, cardio & functional fitness seriously and be responsible for it.
